You are what you eat...

Q: What happens when a photographer is hungry and bored with processing images in Photoshop? A: They shoot more photos of probably the best sandwich ever.

1) Start with freakin' awesome bread I brought back with me from my trip to Reno, courtesy of the Truckee Sourdough Company, located in Truckee, CA.

2) Grill it.

3) Add some awesome VT pepper jack cheese, courtesy of Cabot Cheese.

4) Add onion. Always add onion...and ham (not pictured)


5) Boom. Heaven in sandwich form.
